How many of us have shopped with small businesses recently? As we encounter each one, they tend to provide us with a new form of love and support that larger companies just can’t offer.
As a result, these businesses have a special place within our hearts that pushes us to always support them whenever possible.
Now, think about this - How many of the small businesses that you supported recently are black-owned? Chances are that this number may be slightly lower than usual, and that is where the problem lies.
Black businesses are being underrepresented in the business industry, and it’s time to make an effort to change that narrative.
